Prepare your soh bag with 1-2 items you want will bring joy or peace to someone else.

Write the significance and intention of your gift on the soh notecard in your bag .

Hand your soh bag to someone that could use a kind and thoughtful gesture meant to encourage them. Tell them about soh and your intention to promote love and compassion. After your encounter, we hope that others will pay it forward when and if they're able.
